OUR PROCESS
At Tupee we put our clients first. We have worked in this field for over 20 years and have created a process that will work for most companies large or small. We can act as your in-house design team or create a one off. no matter what, we will make your company look like a million bucks!
We start every project by analyzing the content the client submitted in the creative brief. We try and understand what the client wishes to have as the end result. Like all relationships, it all starts with that first communication to decide if we will be a good team for you. After your initial inquiry review, we will set up a phone call. I will ask you some questions regarding your business, vision and goals for your companies graphic needs and you get the chance to ask me any questions that come to mind.
For Branding and Logo Jobs:
After the initial review. We then head into the discovery phase which includes researching the client, the business, the market segment and the competition.
We then move into the brainstorming phase which includes idea generation, doodling, sketching.
This leads to the design phase where we turn ideas into solid designs.
A presentation is created and presented to the client showcasing at least three design concepts in real world applications, so the client can visualize each design.
The client can then select one of the presented designs and proceed to finalize the project, request tweaks or suggest other direction.
Once the client is happy with the final design, we create the final printer ready file formats and deliver the source files (Vector AI and PDF) as well as web files (Raster JPG, PNG).
For Print Jobs and Other Materials:
Most of my clients are return clients that I design all of their materials for them. This is ideal as I can help my client control their branding. Some clients I do this with although I did not create their original branding.
For Return Clients:
You tell us what you need by giving me any necessary content like body copy, etc. and we make it based off the branding that has already been developed. Simple!
We discuss your printing options and come up with the best course of action that will fit within your budget.
For New Clients That Are Already Branded:
Send me examples of your current materials, along with the vector files for your logos etc.
