What are the fees?
We have standard hourly fees for high turnover hourly clients at a discounted rate. Then we have set hours per item for one off clients. It is best to contact us directly to GET A QUOTE by letting us know exactly what it is you need. We need as many details as possible like if there is metallic stamping, UV coating, how many pages, what size etc.
How do I communicate with Tupee Studios?
If you want to discuss your requirements or have questions about our services, you can contact us HERE. If you are a current customer with a live project, you will be communicating with Paul via email, phone and other means.
Who is Tupee Studios?
Tupee Studios is a graphic design studio based in a small town called Bunnell, Central Florida. We consist of 2 employees, the art director and the office manager. You will get very personalized service here and be supporting a US based company and employees.
What modes of payment do you accept and how does it work?
Most of my clients are invoiced once a month for services rendered throughout the month. Depending on your business needs we will work with you.
We accept checks via mail.
We accept bank wire transfers to our bank account.
We accept Paypal and Venmo payments.
What is your refund policy?
We aim to provide the highest quality service. However, since design is subjective, we understand that sometimes a client may not be satisfied.
This is how our refund policy works: For brand identity projects, we offer a 50% refund policy*. This is applicable when we take 100% of the project fees upfront and not when we take a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. When we present the initial logo design concepts presentation, if the client wishes to cancel the project and walk away at that stage, they will get 50% refund. We will, however, retain copyrights to the designs we create.
For all other services, refunds depend on the project scope and terms.

Will I have 100% ownership of designs?
Yes, absolutely unless we have worked some kind of deal in advance. You will have 100% ownership of the final designs. Once we hand over the final source files to you, you can do what you will with the designs including applying for trademark.
We do retain the right to display the designs in our promotional material, website and/or social media channels. You can request us to waive this right by paying a small fee. I will sign privacy contracts for companies that need me to.
Can we visit your office/studio?
If you are local in Central Florida, appointments can be arranged for you to meet at my office and studio. Please use the CONTACT info to arrange.
Are all designers in-house or do you outsource?
Have you had a bad experience with a design website that gave you a designer that you could not communicate with easily? This is all too common where work is farmed out to designers all over the world. All of our design process happens within the office located in Florida by our two man team. We do not outsource our work but choose to give very select service to our valued clients.
